摘　　要：隐性知识管理是现代企业发展的重要环节,从隐性知识基本概念入手,对企业的隐性知识进行分析,并探讨企业隐性知识共享的障碍,提出了几点建议。The tacit knowledge management is one important part of the modem enterprise . Introducing the basic concept of tacit knowledge, this article analyz enterprise＇s tacit knowledge .What＇s more, the paper discuss the obstacle of enterprise＇s tacit knowledge sharing ,and propose sevrel suggestions of solving this obstacle.
