摘  要:采用实验室型旋流-静态微泡浮选柱对我国西南地区某难选硅-钙质胶磷矿进行了柱式正反浮选工艺研究。以XM-10作为正浮捕收剂,水玻璃作为硅酸盐矿物抑制剂和矿浆分散剂,以硫磷混酸作为磷矿物抑制剂,PA-64作为碳酸盐矿物捕收剂,考察了磨矿细度、药剂用量等因素对浮选指标的影响。结果表明,采用旋流-静态微泡浮选柱正反浮选工艺可以得到精矿P2O5品位29.92%、MgO质量分数0.73%、磷回收率85.97%的浮选指标,简化了胶磷矿浮选工艺流程。Column direct-reverse flotation process was studied in the laboratory to separate the phosphate rock containing silica and calcia that exist in a mine of the southwest China. In the test, XM - 10 was used as collector of phosphate rock, sodium silicate as inhibiter of silicate and dispersant of ore slurry , sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid as inhibitor of phosphate rock and PA - 64 as collector of carbonate minerals, the effect of grinding size , dosage of flotation reagents and other parameters on the flotation efficiency was reviewed. The results indicated that the phosphate concentrate containing P2O5 of 29.92%, MgO of 0.73% with its recovery of 85.97% was obtained by using cyclonic-static micro-bubble flotation column direct-reverse flotation process, and the flotation technological flow-sheet of separating collophanite is simplified.
