摘  要:针对澄江磷矿原有碎磨工艺缺陷,在工艺流程、除尘脱泥、干磨改湿磨及更换磨矿设备等方面进行了系统性改造。改造方案实施后碎磨生产能力提高了3.5倍,电耗降低了80%,消除了粉尘对环境污染及设备老化的影响。In response to the deficiency of inhere crush - grind system technology in Chengjiang Phosphate Mine, systematic reconstruction in process flow, dedusting and desliming, dry grind change wet grind and grinding equipment replacement etc. was in place. After the completion of the reconstruction project, the crush-grind production capacity was increased 3.5 times with electricity consumption down by 80% .The impact of dust on environment pollution and aging equipment was eliminated.
