多糖1519A的分离和生物活性研究

摘　　要：利用间接ELISA法和荧光底物法两种Ⅳ型胶原酶抑制剂筛选模型,筛选得到了真菌I02F-01519,从其代谢产物中分离得到了多糖1519A。结构鉴定确认1519A是分子量约120万的葡聚糖。体外试验验证了1519A具有竞争性抑制Ⅳ型胶原酶的活性。另外还发现1519A具有明显的抑制H IV逆转录酶的活性。A polysaccharide 1519A with inhibitory activity on indirect-ELISA screening model and fluorescence substrate assay （FSA） screening model for Type Ⅳ collagenase （Col. Ⅳ ） inhibitor, was separated from broth of fungus strain I02F-01519. Compound 1519A was characterized as a polyglucosan with molecular weight about 1200,000. It was proved that 1519A can inhibit Col. Ⅳcompetitively. 1519A also showed to be an inhibitor of HIV reverse transcriptase.
