Effect of Decoction for Rejuvenating Hemiplegia on GAP-43 and Synaptophysin P38 in Ischemia-Reperfusion Rats

摘  要:目的:探讨回春偏瘫方对缺血再灌注大鼠神经轴突再生和突触重建的作用机制。方法:以大脑中动脉阻塞(MCAO)再灌注大鼠模型为实验对象,采用免疫组织化学方法,分别以大鼠脑组织神经生长相关蛋白-43(growth associated protein-43,GAP-43)、突触素P38(synaptophysin,SYN)为指标,观察回春偏瘫方对缺血再灌注大鼠神经轴突再生和突触重建的影响。结果:回春偏瘫方可增强GAP-43、SYN的表达,尤其以中、高剂量组增强最明显。结论:回春偏瘫方可促进缺血性卒中后神经轴突的再生,诱导神经突触结构重建,有利于神经功能的恢复。Objective : To investigate the action mechanism of Decoction for Rejuvenating Hemiplegia on nerve axon regeneration and synaptic reconstruction in ischemia - reperfusion rats. Method: The rats were made into models of middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO). Then determine GAP-43 and synaptophysin P38 with immunohistochemical method so as to observe the influence of Decoction for Rejuvenating Hemiplegia on nerve axon regeneration and synaptic reconstruction in ischemia -reperfusion rats. Result: Compared to model group, Decoction for Rejuvenating Hemiplegia could promote the expressions of GAP -43 and synaptophysin P38, especially in high dose group and middle dose group. Conclusion : Decoction for Rejuvenating Hemiplegia can improve nerve axon regeneration and deduce synaptic reconstruction in ischemia -reperfusion. It is benefit to neurological functional recovery.
