摘 要:从密炼室功率与转子构型特征引起的胶料运动出发,将典型密炼机的转子截面分为3个区间,引入转子凸棱过渡区的流变分析,建立完整截面形状的转子构型参数A的数学模型。试验表明A的理论值与实测值有一定偏差,因此引入修正系数λ,并对λ进行二阶曲线拟合,导出修正后功率与密炼机转子构型参数的关系模型。研究结果表明,该模型可为密炼机转子构型优化及降低功率消耗计算提供理论依据,具有实际工程应用价值。Based on compound motion caused by power consumption and rotor configuration in mixer,the typical rotor section were divided into three intervals, the rheological analysis of transient area of the rotor wing was conducted, and mathematical model for geometrical parameter A of rotor which had intact section shape was established. The test results showed that there was a certain error of A between theoretical value and test result. Amended mathematical model of relationship between geometrical parameters of mixer rotor and power consumption was derived by introducing correction factor λ and second-order curve fitting for λ. The amended mathematical model can be used to optimize mixer rotor configuration and reduce power consumption.
