摘 要:用TG/DTG、DSC和XRD技术研究了大西沟菱铁矿单矿物在氮气中的热分解过程。XRD结果表明,菱铁矿分解的产物为Fe3O4和微量的FeO,分解过程按2个反应但几乎一步完成。用Kissinger法、Friedman法和Flymn-Wall-Ozaw(FWO)法分别求得热分解过程的活化能,结果较为吻合。多元回归分析结果表明,大西沟菱铁矿在氮气中热解的最可几模型为Bna或An,相应的热解活化能为209.95 kJ/mol。The thermal decomposition processes of Daxigou siderite were studied in nitrogen by using TG/DTG, DSC and XRD techniques. XRD shows that the final products of the thermal decomposition were Fe3O4 and FeO. XRD, TG/DTG and DSC curves show that the decomposition proceeded through two reactions but one step in nitrogen. The activation energies were calculated through the Friedman, Flynn-WaU-Ozawa (FWO) and Kissinger methods, and the possible conversion function was estimated through the multiple linear and the multiple non-linear regression methods. The decomposition of Daxigou siderite obeyed a Bna or An kinetic law, and the activation energies was 209.95 kJ/mol.
