摘  要:利用大气等离子喷涂技术在发动机缸套上制备纳米氧化锆功能材料梯度热障涂层,用SEM、EDS等方法研究了涂层的组织形貌,并利用MML型纳米测试仪等对涂层的硬度、弹性模量、耐磨性及结合力进行了测试,结果表明:等离子喷涂粉末是由表面被纳米球粒子包覆的亚微米粒子构成,未熔化的ZrO2陶瓷粒子掺杂在涂层内部形成独特的熔合体。涂层的表面硬度为12.19 GPa,弹性模量为148.25 GPa,涂层和基体间具有较高的结合强度,耐磨性能和耐高温性能。Nanometer ZrO2 thermal barrier coating is prepared by plasma spraying method on Cylinder linder. The structure of nanometer ZrO2 plasma sprayed coating are investigated by modem meterial analysis means such as SEM and EDS etc, and the hardness, elasticity modulus, wear resistance and adhesion strength of coating are studied with MML nano-tester. The results show that the nanometer plasma sprayed powder is composed of micrometer particles which surface is enwrapped by nanometer regiment particles. Unmelted ZrO2 ceramic particles dope in the coating, forming fusion. The surface hardness of coating is 12.19 GPa, and elasticity modulus is 148.25 GPa. The adhesion strength, wear resistance and high temperature resistance between the coating and the substrate are high.
