摘  要:利用熔融浸渗工艺将相变材料NaCl与SiC泡沫陶瓷复合,成功制备了一种高温复合相变蓄热材料,对复合材料样品进行了XRD、SEM、TG-DTA测试分析,结果表明:SiC与NaCl具有良好的化学相容性,SEM照片表明SiC与NaCl结合完好,复合材料在NaCl的相变温度801.6℃出现吸热峰,相变潜热为157.9 kJ/kg,该蓄热材料具有较高的蓄热密度,可以实现高温蓄热。A new type of high temperature energy storage material was obtained through the melt infiltration method, compounding SiC foamed ceramic as matrix and NaCl as phase change material. The sample was measured by XRD, SEM, TG- DTA methods. XRD analysis shows that the material has good chemical compatibility and SEM analysis shows that SiC and NaCl are united well. From the TG-DTA analysis, an endothermic peak arises at 801.6℃, the value of latent heat is 157.9 kJ/kg, Calculation indicates that the composite material is characterized by high thermal energy storage density and it is suit for energy storage at high temperature.
