摘 要:目前测定石灰石中SiO2含量的前处理过于冗长和繁琐,为此提出利用微波碱消解技术对石灰石样品进行快速消解的方法,并采用硅钼蓝分光光度法测定其SiO2含量。以石灰石标准样品(GSB08-1345-2001)为对象,探讨得到最佳微波消解条件:消解溶剂为5.0 mL、300 g/L NaOH溶液,微波火力为高火,微波消解时间180 s。3个石灰石标准样品(GBW03105、GBW03106、GBW03108)测定结果与标准值相符,回收率在96%—105%之间,4种实际样品的测定结果也与传统方法一致,具有简便、快速、准确、节能等优点。Since the pre-treatment of the determination of SiOz in limestone is too long and cumbersome at present, a rapid microwave digestion method for the determination of SiO2 in limestone by Silico-Molybdenum Blue Spectrophotometry was studled. The conditions of the best microwave digestion were discussed through the objection of certified limestone sample (GSB08- 1345-2001). The digestion dissolvent of NaOH (300g/L) was 5.0 mL, the microwave digestion firepower was high fire, the digestion time was 180 s. The results of three standard limestone samples (GBW03105, GBW03106 and GBW03108) were all in agreement with the standard values, the standard addition recoveries were between 96 %-105 %. The determination results of four limestone samples were also agreed closely with results of conventional method. The proposed method is simple, rapid, accurate and energy saving.
