摘 要:研究了气相中硫化氢在浸渍活性炭上的吸附平衡和吸附动力学过程。分析表明:硫化氢在浸渍活性炭上的吸附平衡关系符合Freundlich方程。H2S在20—30℃范围内吸附容量随温度的升高而减少,属典型的物理吸附,即低温有利于吸附,在60—95℃范围内吸附容量随温度的升高而增加,属化学吸附,高温有利于吸附。研究结果表明氧含量为1%(体积分数)的微氧条件下硫化氢在浸渍活性炭上的吸附动力学行为遵循班厄姆动力学方程,通过拟合可以得到理想的吸附速率方程。The adsorption isotherms and sorption kinetics of H2S on impregnated activated carbon are investigated. Results indicate that experimental isotherms of H2S on the impregnated activated carbon sorbet are satisfied with Freundlich equation. The adsorption capacity of impregnated activated carbon for H2S decreases with increase of temperature within 20-30℃. The adsorption of impregnated activated carbon for HaS is physical adsorption within 20-30℃ and low temperature is helpful for adsorption. The adsorption capacity of sorbet is enhanced with increase of temperature within 60-95 ℃. The adsorption is chemical adsorption within 60-95℃ and high temperature is helpful for adsorption. It is found that the sorption kinetics are satisfied with Bangharn equation under low-oxygen content conditions (O2 = 1% ,mass fraction). It can get ideal adsorption rate equation by experimental data fitting.
