摘  要:介绍了数控冲床钣金加工CAD/CAM系统设计过程中遇到的模具自动匹配、夹钳位置设定与干涉检查、冲压禁区规避规划、特殊对象冲压计算、不规则曲线内阵列冲压计算、自动路径规划与调整、G代码自动生成等关键问题,研究并提出了有效的解决方案。针对自动路径规划与调整问题,提出了基因优化的方法;特殊对象冲压计算问题中,圆和椭圆落料是冲压过程中常见的冲压类型,如何计算这两种类型的冲压中心点一直是研究的关键点,对圆和椭圆型零件孔加工的路线和数控程序的编制进行了优化设计。系统已经投入实际运行,实现了预期功能,运行结果良好。The key issues in CAD/CAM for sheet metal on NC were analyzed and researched in this paper, viz., the die automatic matching, the clamp location and its interference examination, the planning of punching forbidden zone, the punching calculation of special objectives, the punching calculation of inner array of anomalous curves, the auto planning of routes, the G code generation, etc. Approaches for the issues were proposed respectively. To the automatic routing and adjusting problems, the author introduced Gene Optimization method. In addition,in terms of the punching calculation issue of special objectives, circle and ellipse are two common types of punching, so how to determine the punching central point is certainly the key issue in our researches. In this paper, the processing route of parts and the program of the NC program were optimized. The system has been implemented and worked well in practice.
