瓦楞夹层结构等效弹性常数的多步均匀化方法

摘　　要：针对瓦楞芯层的变形特点,提出了一种考虑芯层弯曲刚度的瓦楞夹层板模型。采用多步均匀化方法将瓦楞纸板等效为正交各向异性的均质板并进行等效计算,然后再采用混合定律计算瓦楞夹层结构的等效弹性模量。结果表明,该计算方法的计算误差小,说明该等效方法是合理的。According to distortion characteristic of corrugated core, corrugated board equivalent model of core level flexible rigidity is proposed. The corrugated board is equivalent to an orthotropic lamina by means of multi-step homogenization method. At the same time, the equivalent ealculation is obtained. The equivalent elasticity constants of corrugated sandwich structure are researched by means of the mixed law, as a result, the error is smaller and this equivalent method is reasonable.
