摘　　要：通过对创业企业"双缺口"的研究,提出创业企业的"双缺口"具有普遍性和风险引致性,并基于"双缺口"原理,给出了创业企业的风险图谱,最后结合风险图谱,针对创业企业的"双缺口",提出了弥补"双缺口"及创业企业风险管理的途径。Through the deep research of double gaps of entrepreneurial business, this paper puts forward that the double gaps of entrepreneurial business are of universality and risk-resulting, and based on the double gaps theory, gives the risk map of entrepreneurial business. Finally, combined with the risk map, this paper puts forward the approaches to remedy the double gaps and manage risk of entrepreneurial business, according to the double gaps of entrepreneurial business.
