摘　　要：目的探讨雷公藤30%乙醇提取物经灌胃一定时间后胃内容物中雷公藤的分析检测方法。方法豚鼠灌胃不同浓度雷公藤提取物30 mL.kg-1后,取其胃内容物,进行适当的前处理,采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法对其胃内容物进行检测。结果HPLC法能检测出灌胃后的雷公藤30%乙醇提取物的5个特征峰。提取物在豚鼠体内停留时间及胃内容物前处理方法对检测结果有影响。结论建立了豚鼠灌胃后胃内容物中雷公藤的快速灵敏的分析检测方法。Objective To investigate the determination of 30% ethanol extract of Tripterygium wilfordii in gastric contents by intragastric administration. Methods Gastric contents of the guinea pigs was collected after a single oral administration of different concentrations of ethanol extract of Tripterygium wilfordii, then they were pre-processed and measured by HPLC. Results 5 characteristic peaks of 30% ethanol extract of Tripterygium wilfordii were found. It was showed that the detection results were influenced by staying time in stomach and the sample pretreatment. Conclusion A simple and sensitive method is estabilshed for detecting gastric contents of Tripterygium wilfordii .
