摘 要:为改善蚕丝纤维的性能,利用γ射线辐照来改性蚕丝。通过多种表征方法研究辐照后蚕丝结构与性能的变化关系,结果表明:随剂量的增加,γ射线辐照后蚕丝的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率降低。同剂量下,空气气氛下辐照后蚕丝的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率低于真空辐照后蚕丝的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率。利用XRD分析表明:辐照后蚕丝的结晶结构未发生变化。随剂量的增加,γ射线辐照后蚕丝热性能降低。To improve the performance of silk, the silk is modified by γ- rays irradiation and the change of the modified silk in its structure and performance are studied. The result shows that both tensile strength and breaking elongation of the silk irradiated by γ- rays are significantly decreased with increment of dose. Also, tensile strength and breaking elongation after the silk irradiated by γ - rays at vacuumare higher than that irradiated by γ - rays at air with same dose. The crystalline structure of the silk irradiated by γ - rays remained unchanged. Thermal property of the silk irradiated by γ-rays decreased with increment of dose.
