摘　　要：采用一定比例的长绒棉为原料纺制CJ7.3 tex纱线,在ZAX-N-340型喷气织机上成功开发了特细家纺面料。通过对浆料配方和浆纱工艺参数进行优化,解决了毛羽多、织造过程开口不清的问题。浆纱工序采用贴服毛羽为主兼顾渗透,高浓低黏、中压力、小伸长的工艺原则,织造采用"早开口、晚引纬、中张力、高后梁"的工艺原则。织机效率达到75%,下机合格率90%。Superline household fabric was developed on air -jet loom by use of CJ7.3tex yarn spun with a certain proportion of superior long - stable cotton, and the problem of too much hairiness and shedding clinging in weaving process was resolved through optimizing sizing formula and sizing parameters. In sizing process, the principle of taking predominance on hairiness clinging, higher concentration and lower viscosity, medium pressure, little elongation is followed whilst in weaving process, earlier shedding, late weft inserting, medium tension, higher back beam position are adopted. The weaving efficiency can reach 75% and accepted product percentage can reach 90%.
