摘　　要：基于ASP.NET开发平台,设计基于B/S结构的人事培训报名缴费系统,分析ASP.NET的安全机制,阐述通过权限控制、页面间传值安全技术、数据库中数据加密和验证码技术等实现系统安全设计的技术。实践证明,系统的设计和应用解决不同时间不同地点报名、缴费等问题,提高工作效率。Designs the B/S structure-based registration and payment system of personnel training, which is developed on the ASP.NET platform. Analyses the ASP.NET security mechanism, and elaborates the technology of permission control, value-passing security between the pages, data encryption and verification code in the database and so on to Website security. Practice proves that the design and application of the system is a good solution to different locations at different times of registration, payment and other issues, and improves the work efficiency.
