中药益加康对AA+肉鸡的应用效果

摘　　要：旨在研究益加康对AA＋肉鸡的应用效果。将1日龄240只AA＋肉仔鸡随机分为A、B、C、D四组，试验组添加不同浓度的相应产品，饲喂1～42日龄，取不同日龄肉鸡检测其生产性能及血液生化指标。结果表明，与空白组相比A、B组肉鸡日增体质量、脾指数、胸腺指数、血清TP和AKP的活性显著增加（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）；血清Urea及血清中CK、LDH的活性显著降低（P〈0．05或P〈O．01）。结果提示益加康对AA＋肉鸡有明显促进生长，降低料肉比，提高机体免疫力和抗应激能力。To study clinical application of YJK on Arbor Acres. 240 Arbor Acre broilers of one day old were divided into four treatments： A, B, C and blank group. Experimental group supplemented with different production by requirement in the rage of Arbor Acres from 1 to 42 days of age. Taking different day broiler has been detected the growth performance and blood biochemical index. The results showed that： A, B have significant increased in daily gain weight, spleen index, thymus index, serum toll protein（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01） and the activity of alkaline phosphatase and has significant gone down in the activity of blood enzyme （ereatinkinaes, lactate dehydrogenase）, P〈0.01）.
