摘　　要：运用抽样分析的方法,选取了华东地区500kV典型输变电工程竣工决算数据进行了剖析,比较不同时间、不同地区输变电工程投资成本的变化情况,分析了影响工程投资成本的主要因素,同时提出了下一步财务开展竣工决算信息深入开发和利用的设想,为LCM工作中信息数据的积累、选取和分析提供必要的支撑。The project completion accounting data of typical 500kV power transmission and distribution projects in East China is analysed and the variation of investment for different regions in different periods of time is compared. Major factors affecting the project investment are discussed and proposals are given regarding further exploration and utilization of the project completion accounting data to provide due support to the accumulation, selection and analysis of the accounting information in LCM.
