摘  要:不同浓度BHI。诱导油菜雄性不育及控制CMS系微粉试验的结果表明:在油菜薹高(404-10)cm,最大花蕾4.5mm时期,即单核中位一靠边期,喷施一次,单株用药量6~8mL,7d后即花粉成熟期再喷施一次,单株用药量3~4mL,0.3、0.5和0.79g/mL浓度的BHI。溶液处理甘蓝型油菜1102C可诱发100%全不育;0.3μg/mL浓度的BHL溶液处理芥菜型油菜L635可诱发100%全不育。0.3和0.5μg/mL浓度的BHI.溶液处理甘蓝型油菜CMS系203A、208A控制微粉率都是100%。Various concentrations of BHL were employed for inducing male sterility of plants of Bras- sica napus breeding line 1102C and Brassica juncea breeding line L635,and for controlling trace amount pollens on Brassica napus line CMS 203A and 208A. The result indicated that, first sprayed with 6-8 mL BHL per plant at the stage of mono-nucleus mierospore with 4.5 mm longest bud and 7 clays later, in the period of mature pollen, done again with 3~4 mL BHL per one , 0.3 μg/mL,0.5 μg/mL,0.7 μg/mL BHL induced 100% complete sterile plants on Brassica napus breeding line 1102C; 0.3 /,g/mL BHL did 100% complete sterile plants on Brassica juncea breeding line L635. 0.3μg/mL, 0.5 μg/mL BHL induced 100% controlling trace amount pollens on Brassica napus line CMS 203A and 208A.
