摘　　要：文章以明确影响继续医学教育的关键因素为宗旨,在对山东省医疗卫生单位继续医学教育情况进行系统分析的基础上,明确了继续医学教育资源利用不合理和继续医学教育政策执行不力等制约医学教育效率的因素,提出了加强制度建设,通过考核评价和提高政策执行力等措施强化继续医学教育质量等政策建议。In order to identify the key influencing factors of continuing medical education, the status of continuing medical education of the health institutions in Shandong Province was systematically analyzed. It can be concluded that the factors lowering continuing medical education＇s efficiency are improper resources utilization and powerless policy execution. Finally, suggestions were put forward, such as reinforcing institution construction, highlighting evaluation and strengthening execution, to improve the quality of continuing medical education.
