摘　　要：针对我国模具制造加工和使用中的现状和早期失效问题,从模具结构的应力集中、模具钢材质及碳化物形态和分布、模具钢的热处理淬火和回火工艺、残余应力、模具硬度与寿命的关系以及模具使用等方面进行了论述。提出一些减少模具早期失效、提高模具使用寿命的途径。Some problems of present state in die making and using and early failure in mould and die industry were investigated from stress concentration of die structure, mould and die steels and carbides shape and distribution in these steels, quenching and tempering temperature and residual stress in die steel, die hardness and service life as well as some problems in service. Some methods of increasing die fracture resistance, reducing die early failure and increasing die service life were put forward.
