摘 要:以苯乙烯接枝马来酸酐共聚物(SMA)为增容剂对丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)/聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)共混物进行研究,探讨了SMA用量对合金的力学性能和热稳定性的影响;并进一步研究了无增容剂下ABS与PET之间配比对合金性能的影响。研究表明:增容剂SMA用量为10 phr时,合金的冲击强度和断裂伸长率分别提高20%和50%;随着PET用量的增加,合金的弯曲强度、拉伸强度和维卡软化温度不断提高,当PET用量接近50%时发生相转变;断裂伸长率在PET的质量分数为30%时达到最低(32%)。通过示差扫描量热法(DSC)测试,发现ABS破坏了PET的结晶行为,且合金中两者的玻璃化转变温度存在重合现象。通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和偏光显微镜观察发现,SMA增容的ABS/PET合金中PET颗粒尺寸较小且分散较好;PET晶粒在ABS中可以形成"岛"相和连续相。Acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene ( ABS ) copolymer/poly ( ethylene terephthalate ) ( PET ) blends were compatibilized and styrene maleic anhydride copolymer (SMA) prepared as compatibilizer. The effect of content of SMA on mechanical properties and thermal stability of alloy were studied ; and further with- Out compatibilizer, studied the effect of ratio between ABS and PET on properties of alloy. Izod impact strength and elongation at break of blends were improved, up to 20% and 50% when SMA content was 10wt%; When PET content increased, flexural strength, tensile strength and vicat softening temperature were improved, and the phase transition occurred when PET content was 50wt% ; elongation at break decreased to 32% (30wt% PET) of the minimum value. Different scanning calorimeter (DSC) analysis showed: the crystallization of PET was affected by ABS and both of glass transition temperature was close. And through the observation of scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and polarizing microscope, reduction in the particle size of PET phase and uniform sizes could achieved in ABS/PET compatibilized SMA ; PET grains could be formed "islands" phase and continuous phase in the ABS.
