摘 要:采用非结构化网格有限体积法和有限元方法,进行了不同工况半开式离心叶轮叶片单向气动与强度流固耦合分析。根据计算结果,分析了设计工况下叶片分别在气动载荷、离心惯性力载荷和耦合前两种载荷下的变形、应力分布。并对比分析了不同工况下气动载荷和耦合气动载荷和离心惯性力载荷情况下叶片的最大总变形和最大应力。得出了3种载荷情况下半开式离心叶轮叶片变形和应力的分布特征,探讨了工况变化对叶片的最大总变形和最大应力的影响。A finite volume method on unstructured grid and analysis a finite element method were applied to one-way aerodynamic and strength fluid-solid interaction of an unshrouded centrifugal impeller blade under different conditions. Total deformation and von mises stress of the blade with three kinds of load, which is aerodynamic load, centrifugal inertia force load and coupling of both loads, were studied at design condition according the result. Moreover the maximum total deformation and the maximum tress of the under the three load conditions under different conditions which is aerodynamic load, coupled aerodynamic load and centrifugal inertia force load were compared analyzed. The Characteristic of deformation and stress of blade was obtained. The influence of different vary conditions on the maximum total deformation and the maximum yon mises stress of the blade were observed.
