摘　　要：临床路径以提高临床诊疗质量、降低医疗费用为目标。目前,世界上部分国家和地区已经引入并积极探索和制定临床路径并付诸实施,并取得积极效果。中医临床路径的建立需解决以下主要矛盾或问题:①辨证论治个体化与临床路径实施规范化;②中药复方的个体化与临床路径干预的标准化;③证候、处方的可测评。临床路径建立要求以循证证据为基础,因此,加强对中医诊断指标体系及疗效评价的研究是建立临床路径的关键。Clinical pathway aims to improve the quality of clinical treatment and reduce medical costs. At present, clinical pathway has been introduced into a few countries and regions. They have been actively exploring and developing clinical pathway and have put it into practice and achieved positive results. There are a number of problems need to be solved for the establishment of TCM clinical path：（1） Individualization of treatment based on syndrome differentiation and standardization of clinical pathwayg implementation;（2）Individualization of TCM prescriptions and standardization of clinical interventions in the clinical pathway;（3） The capability of syndromes and prescriptions to be measured and evaluated; etc. The establishment of clinical pathway is based on evidence. Therefore, strengthening of researches on TCM diagnosis, evaluation index system＇s establishment and evaluation of clinical therapeutic effect is the key to the establishment of clinical pathway.
