摘　　要：目的:观察自拟滋肾益冲汤治疗围绝经期月经后期、量少的临床疗效,为本病中医药临床治疗选药提供借鉴。方法:采用自拟滋肾益冲汤随症加减治疗围绝经期月经后期、量少证属肾阴虚型患者32例。结果:痊愈11例,显效14例,有效6例,无效1例,总有效率96.88%。结论:滋肾益冲汤具滋肾填精,益阴养血,调补冲任之效,可调节月经,避免过早绝经,并能显著改善围绝经期各相关症状,提高围绝经期女性生活质量。Objective ：To observe the clinical effects of ＂ ZishenYichong decoction＂ treat the delayed menstrual cycle, scanty menstruation during the Peirmenopausal period, and provide for treatment methods of TCM. Methods ： Using＂ ZishenYichong decoc- tion＂ and modificatlng according to symptoms to treat 32 cases of the Kidney - Yin deficiency patients of the delayed menstrual cy- cle, scanty menstruation during the Peirmenopausal period. Results：Cured 11 cases, 14 cases had marked effect ,6 cases had effec- tive effect, 1 case was invalid,The total effective rate was 96. 88%. Conclusion：＂ ZishenYichong decoction＂ has the effectiveness of nourish Kidney-Essence, Yin and benefit Blood,it can regulate and invigorate Chong and Ren channels, and can regulate menstru- ation, prevent premature menopause,it also has an obvious effect on improving the relevant symptoms and the quality of Perimeno- pausal women＇s life.
