摘　　要：目的:观察加味桂枝茯苓丸治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法:120例患者随机分为两组,治疗组(60例)应用加味桂枝茯苓丸治疗,对照组(60例)采用前列康片治疗,8周后评价两组疗效。结果:加味桂枝茯苓丸治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎,可较快缓解患者的症状,减轻疼痛,降低症状积分,与对照组比较疗效有显著性差异(P<0.05),且无明显毒副反应。结论:加味桂枝茯苓丸治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎临床疗效满意,无明显毒副反应,值得推广。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of the modified poria pill treat chronic abacterial prostatitis. Methods ： It was divided into two groups randomly, the treatment group（60 cases）used the modified poria pill and the control group used qianlie kang tablets to treat the illness, then estimating the curative effect of the two groups after 8 weeks. Results： The modified poria pill can relieve the patients＇symptoms quickly, relieve pain, reduce the integral of symptoms, there was significant differences com- pared with the control group（ P 〈 0. 05 ） ,and there were no significant toxic and side effects. Conclusion ：The clinical effect of the modified poria pill treat for chronic abacterial prostatitis is satisfactory, and there were no significant toxic and side effects, and it is worth popularizing.
