摘　　要：风毒病,壮医病名为"笨隆病"(壮名:Binghdoegfung),属于中医风疹,又名"瘾疹",相当于现代医学之"荨麻疹"。现代医学认为,荨麻疹属于变态反应性皮肤病中的常见病,治疗以抗过敏为主,但其治疗风毒病有一定局限性和毒副作用;中医对风疹的诊断主要根据临床症状体征,治疗手段多样,包括中药内服、针灸、刺络拔罐、穴位注射等;壮医理论认为风毒病是由于气血失衡所致,治疗上常采用壮医药浴、壮医药线点灸疗法,以其药效及温热的局部刺激,通过经络传导,调整气血归于平衡而愈。通过对壮、中、西医药治疗风毒病优势解析,为风毒病临床诊疗技术的提高提供参考。Wind disease,＂ Benlongbing＂ （Zhuang nationality called Binghdoegfung）in Zhuang medicine, belongs to rubella in Chinese traditional medicine （alternate name obseure rash）and urticaria in modem medicine. According to the modem medicine, urticaria is a kind of common disease in allergic dermatosis and the treatment is mainly focused on anti-allergic with some limitations and side effects. The diagnosis of urticaria in TCM is based just on clinical observation, and there are lots of care methods for urticaria, including oral medieinal herbs, acupuncture, Blood-letting Puncture and Cupping and point injection. However, wind dis- ease is caused by the imbalance of Qi and blood on the basis of the theory of Zhuang medicine. Medicated bath or midicated thread moxibustion was adopted to the treatment of wind disease. The two kinds of therapy play a key role on prevention and treat- ment of the diseases through local stimulation by medicine efficacy and hyperthermia, and with physiological network transportation. Thus, wind disease was healed by adjusting the balance of Qi and blood. So the above analysis of Zhuang folk medicine, traditional Chinese medieine and Western modern medicine＇s Advantages in Wind disease Treatment, can provide reference for improving Diagnostic and Therapeutic Techniques in Wind disease.
