童便的民间药用初探

摘　　要：目的:了解民间对童便药性、功效的认识与运用。方法:从童便的药用历史入手,着重概述童便在民间的药用情况,包括滋阴降火,治阴虚火旺诸证;止血活血,治出血瘀血诸证;补益肾元,治肾虚诸证及止痛、截疟、定喘等方面的运用。结论:童便味咸性寒,具有滋阴降火、止血活血的功效,在民间为产科、伤科之良药,也常作为跌打损伤的引经药,也可用于养颜保健等方面。童便作为传统中药之一,应当引起中医临床的高度重视。Objective ： Understands the knowledge and application of urina hominis in the folklore. Methods ： Delineate the me- dicinal history of urina hominis and Focus on describing the circumstances of using in medicine in the folklore. It is including： nourishing Yin and falling fire,curing the symptoms of fire excess from Yin deficiency;stanching bleeding and invigorating blood irculation, curing the symptoms of hemorrhage and haemostasis; tonifying the kidney, curing the symptoms of deficiency of kidney and relieving pain, preventing malaria, relieving asthma and so on. Conclusion：Urina hominis has cold nature and salty taste, and it can nourish yin for lowering fire and dissolving stasis and hemostasis. IT always be good at obstetrical and be a god traumatology medcine in folklore. And it also be the channel ushering drug of injuries caused by a fall or Beating-Chlnese osteopathy. And it can be used in health protection and so on. As one of traditional Chinese medicine, Urina hominis should be paid much attention in clinical medicine.
