益气化瘀补肾方纯化工艺研究

摘　　要：目的:确定益气化瘀补肾方的最佳纯化工艺。方法:以黄芪甲苷含量、淫羊藿苷含量、小鼠耳廓肿胀率、小鼠热板疼痛抑制率为指标,通过药化学和药效学的综合评价,优选最佳纯化工艺。结果:最佳纯化方法为水提醇沉法,加入乙醇使含醇量达70%。结论:最佳纯化工艺合理、可行。Objective：To establish the best purification technology of Yiqi Huayu Bushen RecipeMethods： Optimize the best purification technology through the comprehensive evaluation of physicochemical and pharmaceutical composition. Results：The targets is Astragaloside Ⅳ content Icariin content mouse auricle tumefaction degree and mouse pain inhibition degree. Conclusion：the best purification technology is reasonable and feasible.
