电针华佗夹脊穴与药物治疗腰椎间盘突出症比较分析

摘　　要：目的:观察电针华佗夹脊穴与药物治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法:将62例腰椎间盘突出症患者分为治疗组32例和对照组30例,治疗组选取病变节段患侧的华佗夹脊穴施以电针治疗,对照组予以口服双氯芬酸钠缓释片治疗。结果:两组治疗前后自身对照均有显著性差异(P<0.05),但治疗组有多项评分在首次治疗24h后显著下降(P<0.05)。在首次治疗和疗程治疗后,治疗组的疗效均显著优于对照组(P<0.05),对JOA量表生活能力评分的改善程度也明显大于对照组(P<0.05);但两组对VAS评分以及JOA量表腰腿痛评分的改善程度无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:电针华佗夹脊穴和口服双氯芬酸钠缓释片治疗腰椎间盘突出症的镇痛效果无明显差异,但电针疗法具有更好的整体疗效。Objective ：To compare the relative merits between electro-acupuncture on Huatuo Jiaji points and slow-released diclofenac sodium tablets. Methods：The 62 patients,we collected,with Lumber Interverbral Disc Herniation were divided into treatment group and control group via randomized block design,32 patients in the treatment group and 30 in the control group. In the treatment group,electro-acupuncture was applied to treat the Huatuo Jiaji points of the patients with diseased segment of the affected side, while the patients in the control group were given oral administration of slow-released diclofenac sodium tablets. Results：By own control,in each group,the therapeutic effect has significant difference between pre-treatment and post-treatment （P 〈 0.05）, and in treatment group, multi-indices of measuring score decreased significantly at 24 hours after the first-time treat- ment. The therapeutic effect and the improvement of the viability score according to the JOA in treatment group was superior to that in control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. However, there is no significant difference between the two groups in the improvement of the VAS and the lumbocrural pain score according to the JOA （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： There is no significant difference in analgesic effect between the two methods. However,the electro-acupuncture treatment has a better overall therapeutic effect.
