摘　　要：从中医学角度综述了中医对慢性丙型肝炎病因病机的认识,以及中医药在临床上对慢性丙型肝炎从经典辨证论治、专方加减辨证论治、辨证论治与现代医学相结合3个方面综述了慢性丙型肝炎的中医辨证治疗的进展,综上所述,采用中医辨证论治,治疗慢性丙型肝炎有利于改善症状,恢复肝功能,抑制病毒等,从而提高临床疗效。This article summarizes Chinese medicine understanding the etiology and pathology of chronic hepatitis C, as well as treatment of chronic hepatitis C by the classic syndrome differentiation, Special formula plus or minus ingredients according to diagnosis and combination of modern medicine with TCM. In conclusion, to treat chronic hepatitis C with TCM syndrome differentiations contribute to improve symptoms, restore liver function, inhibit the virus so as to enhance clinical efficacy.
