摘 要:采用乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)为基质,以透明并具有红外反射功能的纳米氧化铟锡(ITO)为添加剂,通过挤出共混法制备EVA/ITO透明隔热材料。探讨了纳米ITO含量对这一材料的光学性能、隔热性能及热稳定性的影响,并考察了材料与玻璃的黏合强度。结果表明,添加少量(质量分数为1%5%)纳米ITO的EVA/ITO材料对光的透过性能表现出明显的光谱选择性,能有效地阻隔红外光区的热能,并在可见光区具有相对较高的透光率;随纳米ITO含量的增加,EVA/ITO材料的隔热性能不断提高。当红外灯照射一个用透明隔热片材做盖板的木盒时,与未添加ITO的EVA相比,用含3%ITO的EVA/ITO片材制作的盖板能够使木盒内的空气温度降低9.1℃。在所考察的ITO含量范围内,所制备的EVA/ITO透明隔热材料与玻璃的黏合强度均大于30N/cm。The transparent and heat-insulating EVA/ITO materials were prepared by extrusion blending using EVA as a matrix and Nano-ITO with transparency and infrared reflection function as an additive. The effects of Nano-ITO content on the optical property, heat-insulation performance and thermal stability of the prepared EVA/ ITO materials were investigated. And the adhesive strength of them to glass was also determined. The results indicate that the EVA/ITO materials containing a small amount of Nano-ITO ( 1 - 5 wt% ) exhibit obvious spectral selectivity. They can effectively cut off the thermal energy from infrared ray, but have relatively high light transmittance in the region of visible light. The heat-insulating performance of the EVA/ITO materials can be improved continuously with increasing ITO content. When the wooden box with a cover plate made of transparent and heat-insulating sheet is exposed to an infrared lamp, the cover plate made of the EVA/ITO sheet containing 3.0 wt% of ITO can make the air temperature inside the wooden box decrease by 9.1 ℃ compared with the EVA sheet containing no ITO. The adhesive strength of transparent and heat-insulating EVA/ITO materials to glass is all higher than 30 N/cm within the range of ITO content investigated.
