摘  要:目的应用荧光定量逆转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)检测技术,对疑似诺如病毒感染引起的腹泻疫情标本进行核酸检测,为疫情控制提供准确可靠的技术支持。方法从18例粪便标本中提取RNA,进行诺如病毒核酸荧光定量RT-PCR检测。结果18份标本中有13份诺如病毒核酸RT-PCR检测阳性,阳性率为72.2%。其中6份标本中检出诺如病毒Ⅰ型;6份标本中检出诺如病毒Ⅱ型;有1份标本同时检出诺如病毒Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型。结论应用荧光定量RT-PCR技术,对诺如病毒进行核酸检测结果准确可靠。Objective To set up a real-time-PCR assay for the detection of norovirus RNA in stool samples from diarrhea cases in suspected norovirus infection epidemic, provide reliable and accurate technical support for the epidemic control. Methods The RNA extracted from 18 stool samples were detected for the norovirus nucleic acid by real-time-PCR. Results Norovims nucleic acid was detected in 13 of 18 stool samples with the positive rate of 72.2%. Of 13 positive samples, 6 were norovims genotype Ⅰ positive, 6 were norovirus genotypeⅡ positive, 1 was both genotype Ⅰ and genotype Ⅱpositive. Conclusion The real-time-PCR could be used to detect norovirus RNA and provide accurate and reliable results.
