摘　　要：介绍了一种可靠性高的变频控制系统实际应用方案,避免了普通变频调速系统控制方案存在着的安全隐患。该系统主要由变频器、软启动器及可编程控制器系统(远程控制单元)组成。实现了"变频调节、循环软启、软停"操作,设备启停过程平稳,避免了污水处理系统的水锤危害,同时具有运行稳定、高效节能、自动化程度高易于操作、可靠性高等优点。In this paper, the practical application program of variable-frequency control system with high reliability is introduced. It avoids the potential safety hazard of common frequency control system The system mainly consists of inverter, soft starter and the programmable controller system （remote control unit）. It achieves the operation of frequency adjustment; loop soft Kai and soft stop. The device is stable in the process of start-stop and prevents the water hammer hazard of sewage treatment system. At the same lime, the system has stable operation, high efficiency and energy-saving, high degree of automation, easy operation and high reliability.
