摘 要:以煤沥青为原料,采用热聚合的方法,在不同的温度下制备出中间相炭微球(MCMB)。通过SEM、激光粒径分析和XRD等分析手段对MCMB的表面形貌、粒径分布和微晶结构进行了分析。结果表明,随着温度的升高,MCMB的粒径变大,不同温度下制备的MCMB是由具有类似石墨结构的微晶组成的。420与450℃形成的MCMB微晶层间距d002较小,430与440℃形成的MCMB微晶层间距d002较大,随着温度的升高微晶宽度La变大。Mesocarbon microbeads (MCMB) were prepared from coal-tar pitch by heat condensation at different carbonization temperature. The appearance, particle size distribution and crystallite structure of the MCMB were investigated by SEM, laser particle size analyzer and XRD. The results show that the particle size of MC- MB increases with the carbonization temperature increasing. XRD analysis and SEM observation indicate that MCMB has a structure of graphene layers. The interlayer space (d002) of MCMB prepared at 420 and 450℃ was lower than that of MCMB prepared at 430 and 440℃. The size of crystallite (L,) increases with the carboniza- tion temperature increasing.
