摘 要:以粉煤灰、工业石灰、氧化性添加剂为原料,制备了具有良好同时脱硫脱硝性能的富氧型高活性吸收剂。研究了添加剂加入量、Ca/(S+N)比等重要因素对烟气脱硫脱硝效果的影响;通过SEM分析和BET数据分析,探讨了吸收剂的物理特性与活性关联性。该高活性吸收剂具有99%的脱硫和86%的脱硝特性。The oxygen-rich highly active adsorbent (ORHAA) were prepared from fly ash,lime and some oxygen additives. The good performance of simultaneous desulfurization and denitrification of this highly active adsorbent was tested in fixed bed. It was found that at the optimized conditions of Ca/(S+N) ration 1.2,additives C 1.6 %, the removal effieiencies reached 99 %, 86 % for SO2 and NO, respectively. The SEM micro-structure and BET data analysis were conducted on the fly ash,lime,ORHAA and the reacted ORHAA. The results showed that the oxygen-rich highly active adsorbent had a porous surface, the major elements of oxidative additive of ORHAA were distributed evenly on the surface of ORHAA. The high correlation of ORHAA physics characteristic and activeness were discussed.
