摘 要:利用聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)中空纤维疏水膜进行鼓气膜吸收(ABMA)海水提溴实验。考察了吸收液浓度、温度和鼓气强度等操作条件对PVDF膜的提溴性能的影响;研究了中空纤维膜壁厚,组件形式、长度、装填密度等对ABMA提溴性能的影响。结果表明:PVDF疏水膜的壁厚增加,ABMA过程的脱溴率、溴吸收率和膜的有效溴通量明显降低;直型组件更适合ABMA提溴过程,且组件长度、装填密度增加,膜的有效溴通量降低而溴的吸收量明显提高。用内径0.80mm,壁厚0.15mm的PVDF膜,制成长90mm、装填密度14.4%的直型膜吸收组件,在鼓气强度500mol/(m2.h),吸收液浓度10mmol/L,22℃下,ABMA过程的脱溴率约89.5%,溴吸收率约68.6%,膜的有效溴通量约0.41kg/(m2.h)。Novel hydrophobie polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) hollow fiber membranes were adopted in air blowing membrane absorption (ABMA) process for the purpose of bromine extraction from seawater. The effect of air blowing intensity, the concentration and temperature of the absorbent solution on the bromine extraction performance was investigated. The influence of the thickness of PVDF membranes, the type, length and packing density of membrane modules was studied. The results showed that the bromine absorption rate and effectual bromine flux of the membrane decreased as the membrane thickness increased. Linear type module is more feasible than U type one, when being used in ABMA bromine adsorption process. As the packing density and length of linear type module increased, the bromine absorption rate enhanced while the effectual bromine flux decreased. The membrane with inner diameter of 0. 80mm and thickness of 0.15ram was selected, and membrane module with effective membrane length of 90mm and packing density of 14.4% was prepared. The bromine absorption rate of the module reached 68.6% and the effectual bromine flux was 0.41kg/(m^2 · h), when tested at 220C. with air blowing intensity of 500mol/(m^2 · h), absorbent concentration of 10mmol/L.
