摘　　要：认知结构是个人或组织主体拥有的基本特性之一,成员馆认知结构的形成与图书馆联盟内知识转移有着密切的关系,成员馆认知结构在知识转移能力、知识转移效果等方面对图书馆联盟内的知识转移有重要影响,可以针对其影响采取措施提高图书馆联盟内知识转移效率。Cognitive structure is one of the basic characteristics that a person or an organization owns. There is close relation between the shape of cognitive structure and knowledge transfer within a library consortium. Cognitive structure of member library has a great influence on knowledge transfer within a library consortium in multi-aspect, such as the ability and effect of knowledge transfer. According to the effect, some measures may be taken to improve the effect of knowledge transfer within a library consortium.
