摘　　要：数字资源集团采购是指多个图书馆组织起来联合采购某种资源,以最少的经费,获取最优的价格、最佳的服务和最符合需求的数字资源;它现在已经成为数字资源引进的重要方式之一。文章探讨了集团采购的必要性和采购工作流程,并针对实践中出现的各类问题提出相应的采购策略,从而对图书馆数字资源发展起到促进和帮助作用。Consortium acquisition is to purchase certain r asources by a group of libraries with least budgets, best prices, best services and most suitable resources. Consortium acquisition is an important pattern of digital resources acquisition. This paper makes analysis on the necessity and the flow of consortium acquisition in detail. In the end, the strategy for consortium acquisition is also put forward. It will promote and held the library digital resources development.
