摘　　要：开发特色信息资源正成为图书馆读者服务工作的实践与发展趋势。以区域为单位,加强特色信息数据库建设,对带动地方经济发展具有重要意义。文章提出了对河南省各图书馆特色数据库建设进行统一规范指导的设想,探讨特色数据库建设原则与方法,以期实现区域性特色信息资源共建共享。Opening up characteristic library.
