摘　　要：文章针对网络信息资源利用的有效程度问题,引入经济学效率的研究成果,对网络信息资源利用效率及其评价进行了分析,并就网络信息资源利用效率的评价方法,从评价主体和所采用的分析途径或者评价方法的性质两个角度对其进行论述。In view of the problem of effective degree of network information resource use, this article introduced the research achievments of economic efficiency, carried on analysis to the network information resource using efficiency and its evaluation, at last, discussed the evaluation method of network information resource using efficiency, from two angles of the evaluation subject and the analysis way or the nature of evaluation method.
