《永樂大典》本宋《吏部條法》考述

摘　　要：《永乐大典》本宋《吏部条法》是南宋理宗景定时期修纂的一部重要法典。本文对《吏部条法》与《吏部条法总类》的关系，对《吏部条法》中的《淳佑令》、《淳佑格》、“申明”、“通用令”以及今本《吏部条法》是否足本等问题作了考述。认为《吏部条法总类》是在《吏部条法》基础上修纂而成，两者不能等同，今传本《吏部条法》实际名称应为《景定吏部条法总类》。在修纂《景定吏部条法总类》时，已将旧的《嘉定吏部条法总类》中的庆元海行法，根据新制定的海行法《淳佑敕令格式》作了修正。今本《吏部条法》并不是一个完整的本子。Provisions of Civil Office Board in Yongle Encyclopedia is an important code which was compiled and revised in the period of Jingding in the Southern Song dynasty.This paper investigates and discusses the relationship between Provisions of Civil Office Board and General Types of Provisions of Civil Office Board,and the decree of Chunyou,orders of Chunyou,shenming,general decrees,and whether the current version of Provisions of Civil Office Board is complete or not.It indicates that the General Types of Provisions of Civil Office Board was compiled and revised on the basis of Provisions of Civil Office Board,and they were not equated,for the actual name of Provisions of Civil Office Board in current version was General Types of Provisions of Civil Office Board in the Period of Jingding,in which the old laws of haixing in the period of Qingyuan had already been changed based on the new ones of 'types of edict in the period of Chunyou'.The current version of Provisions of Civil Office Board is not a complete version.
