摘　　要：本文记述内蒙古实蝇科花翅实蝇亚科1新属12新种,除个别种补充了我所馆藏的标本外,其余全部由内蒙古草原工作站提供。模式标本均保存于北京中国科学院动物研究所。1.悦帕实蝇Paroxyna ornalibera,新种(图1) 雌 头宽显胜于长,额角呈直角。头部黄色或黄褐色,后头及单眼三角黑色。侧面观:侧后头外缘之中部具一黑色狭条纹,其后端与后头黑色斑纹连结;颊部于头下缘之后端亦有一黑色斑纹。额宽约为眼宽的1.7倍,表面平坦,两侧缘近于平行。颜高略短于额长,中颜板中区略凹陷,触角沟浅阔;侧颜的宽度约等于触角第3节宽度的1/2。颊高大致为眼高的1/4。触角长为颜高的3/4,第3节长略超过宽,末端钝圆;角芒裸,黑褐色。喙较长,红褐色。唇瓣的长度约等于头长的3/4。In the present paper, one new genus and twelve new species of Tephritinae from Inner Mongolia, China are described. All the type specimens are deposited in the Institute of Zoology, Academia Sinica, Beijing.1. Paroxyna ornalibera sp. nov. (Fig. 1)This new species is readily differentiated from other known Paroxyna spp. by the remarkable Oxyna-type wing-pattern, wings brown in ground colour with numerous hyaline and pale yellow spots; the dark areas forming three broad cross-bands separated from each other by large confluent hyaline spots shown as in Fig. 1b.Two pairs of inferior fronto-orbitals and two pairs of sperior fronto-orbital bristlis present; dorsocentral bristles situated at the suture; head and thorax bristles mostly black, but upper superior fronto-orbitals, outer verticals, postverticals, genals, occipitals and pteropleural bristles flat, white yellow.Length: body 2.8mm; wing 3.0mm.Holotype (?), Wuchuan B., Ulanqab L., Inner Mongolia, 25-Ⅷ-1987, coll. He Zhenguo.2. Paroxyna binotata sp. nov. (Fig. 2)The new species is very similar to P.trassaerti Chen, but differs from the latter by having only four hyaline spots in cell R3; cell Cu1with five hyaline spots, of which two larger spots in the middle are broadly separated from those of cell 1M2.Length: body 4.2 mm;.wing 4.4 mm.Holotype (?), Hulun Buir L., Inner Mongolia, 28-Ⅷ-1986, coll. Qi Shaofu.3. Tephritis collinus sp. nov.(Fig. 3)Closely related to T. shansiana Chen, but is easily recognized by having three hyaline spots in cell R1behind stigma, and with a large hillock-shaped hyaline mark in the apical portion of cell 1M2.Lengtth: body 3.2-3.2 mm; wing 3.5 - 3.7 mm.Holotype (?) , Ergun Right B., Hulun Buir L.. Inner Mongolia. 8-Ⅷ-1987. allotype (?) ,Ar Horqin B., Chifeng C.,Inner Mongolia. 15-Ⅶ-1987. coll. Li Wensheng.4. Tiphritis dentalytussp. nov. (Fig. 4)The new species resembles T. variata (Becker), but is chiefly distinguished by having four hyaline spots in cell 2M2, and a sawtooth-like hyaline mark at apex or cell 1M2 near crossvein.
