论浙江农民的创业环境

摘　　要：创业环境对创业行为的发生具有巨大的推动和促进作用。浙江农民的创业环境对农民的创业行为还存在引导、支持、服务、保障等方面不足的问题。因此建议各级政府强化农民创业环境的导向功能以引领农民自主创业,构建多元化创业服务体系以方便农民创业,给予全方位的农民创业支持以提高农民创业成功率,完善创业保障体系以保障农民创业者的利益。The entrepreneurial environment has a huge impetus and promoter action to the occurrence of entrepreneurial behaviors. The entrepreneurial environment for Zhejiang peasants still exists several problems with guiding, supporting, serving, ensuring etc. This article suggests that governments at all levels should strengthen the guidance function of entrepreneurial enviromnent to lead the peasants self-employed, build an entrepreneurial multisystem to make peasants self-employed easier, give all-around support to increase the success rate of farmers entrepreneurship, and moreover perfect the entrepreneurial security system to guarantee the interests of farmer entrepreneurs.
