腹部小切口辅助阴式子宫切除术与阴式子宫切除术疗效比较

摘　　要：目的比较腹部小切口辅助阴式子宫切除术与阴式子宫切除术临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2007年2月-2009年3月在我院行两种术式的病历66例,腹部小切口辅助阴式子宫切除术为研究组,阴式子宫切除术为对照组,对多项临床指标进行分析。结果研究组和对照组比较手术时间短(P<0.05),术中出血少(P<0.05),术后排气时间、术后下床活动时间、术后恢复正常体温时间、术后住院天数两组比较差异无显著意义(P>0.05)。结论腹部小切口辅助阴式子宫切除术与阴式子宫切除术比较,手术时间明显缩短,术中出血亦明显减少,减轻了患者的经济负担,满足了一部分经济困难患者对微创手术的要求,本术式具有临床实用价值。Objaetive To compare clinical efficacy of small abdominal incision assisted va- ginal hysterectomy and vaginal hysterectomy. Methods Retrospective analysis from February 2007 to March 2009 at my hospital two kinds of operation 66 cases of medical records, abdominal small incision assisted vaginal hysterectomy for the study group, vaginal hysterectomy for the control group, on a wide range of clinical target analysis. Results The study and control groups compared shorter operation time （ P 〈 0. 05 ） , less bleeding （ P 〈 0. 05 ） , exhaust time after the opevation, tine to get out of bed after operation, time to restore normal body temperature after operatiaon, the number of days hospitalization after operation, abdominal incision no significant difference between two groups. （P 〉 0. 05 ） . Conclusion Small assisted vaginal hysterectomy and vaginal hysterectomy compared, operative time was significantly shorter, also significantly reduced blood loss, reduce the patient＇ s economic burden, meet the patient of the economic difficulty requirements of minimally invasive surgery, there is more value for clinical application
