摘　　要：荆州沙市谢家桥一号汉墓出土的3枚竹牍属告地书,是当时为死人办理迁徙地下事宜而模仿现实生活有关移徙文书写成的死人移徙文书。本文就谢家桥一号汉墓《告地书》牍的文字释读。The three Bamboo Slips excavated in the Xiejiaqiao Han Tomb No. 1 from Shashi, Jingzhou, are the books of＂Gaodishu＂ texts. In Han Dynasty, ＂Gaodishu＂ is written for the dead person for recording their burial location, and its text format had followed the style of the migration documents in live. This paper provides a preliminary study on the interpretations of scripts and literally comprehension of the ＂Gaodishu＂ Bamboo Slips.
