摘　　要：目的：本研究首先定义了医学过程评价的概念并着力提出对医学过程综合评价的新思想及方法；方法：本文提出了一种基于ＦＵＺＺＹＳＥＴ用构造多元隶属函数的模型框架对医学过程进行综合评价；结果：该模型框架应用于心肌梗塞病人康复期预后，其构造的函数为３３×（０．１６＋１／ｅｚ），其中Ｚ＝ΣβｉΧｉ；用于尘肺病疗效综合评价，其构造的函数为１／（０．１６＋ｅｚ），其中，Ｚ＝ΣβｉΧｉ，均得到了满意的结果；结论：理论与实践都表明。Objective:In our research first discribes the concept of 'Medical process evaluation' and tries to inform a new idea for medical process evaluation.Methods:This paper presents a model which is based on constructed polynory function by using the FUZZY SET theory. Result:We apply to this model frame to recovered stage prognosis after acute myocardial infarction (constructed function:33×(0 6+1/e z),here Z=∑β iX i),and comprehensive evaluation of efficacy in pneumoconiosis treatments(Constructed function:1/(0 16+e z),here Z=∑β iX i).The use results in satisfactory effect.Conclusion:Theory and practice have proved that the model frame can be generalized to other medical process evaluation.
