蝮蛇抗栓酶与磺胺嘧啶锌霜治疗兔足重度冻伤的效用观察

摘　　要：对蝮蛇抗栓酶和磺胺嘧啶锌霜治疗兔足冻伤的效用进行了实验观察。兔足后肢在－２５℃９５％乙醇中造成重度冻伤，冻肢融化后立即用蝮蛇杭栓酶，磺胺嘧啶锌霜或二者合用治疗。结果表明，融化后立即单纯用蝮蛇抗栓酶或磺胺嘧啶锌霜治疗兔足冻伤效果不明显，而将二者合用，重度冻伤兔足的活存面积显著增加；冻区的皮肤温度亦明显升高。结果提示，冻伤后去纤。In this study,The therapeutic effects of ahylysantinfarctase and sulfadiazinezinc on severe frostbite of rabbit feet were observed. The hind feet of rabbits were frozen in a cooling bath containing 95% alcohol maintained at a temperature of -25 ℃. ahylysantinfarctase or sulfadiazinezinc or combination of both were used immediately following thawing. The results showed that it was noneffective for severe frostbite when ahylysantinfarctase or sulfadiazinezinc was used separately, but effective when used in combination. Both the tissue survival area and the skin temperature of frostbitten feet increased singnificantly. These results indicated that defibrination, lysothrombus and anti-infection might play an important role in improving the blood circulation of frosbitten area.
